The operational management structure is divided into four divisions:
- CEO division
- Sales division
- Product division
- Finance division
The structure is characterized by a clear assignment of responsibilities as well as a reduced number of interfaces. It takes into account the increasing internationalization and is designed to improve the Geberit Group’s momentum in a changed environment.
