By combining expertise in the fields of sanitary technology, design and innovative functions, we are able to open up new possibilities with regard to planning, designing and installing bathrooms. Read on to find out about attractive new features and additions to the Geberit product ranges in front of and behind the wall.
The new Geberit Tawa is an acrylic bathtub in a class of its own. Its exceptionally slim rim which is just 1.5 cm wide and its elegant design make it really stand out from the crowd. In terms of design, the new Tawa bathtub is a fusion of both organic and geometric shapes. Whether bathing together or alone, the slim rim bathtub offers plenty of space in various sizes ranging up to 190 x 90 cm for the Duo model. What’s more, installation couldn’t be easier thanks to the Geberit mounting foot set.
The Geberit tap system shows that when it comes to choosing the right design and technical features, there’s no need to compromise on either. A new addition to its technology is a thermostatic mixer that reliably protects against scald injuries and precisely regulates the water temperature. It is located in a separate function box which professional technicians are able to access easily whenever they need to. This removes the need to schedule time-consuming work involved in adjusting temperatures or performing thermal disinfection. The new function is available with a connection to the power supply system or with battery operation. This makes it possible to equip any type of Piave and Brenta washbasin tap with a thermostatic mixer.
Small, easy to handle, lightweight – but a real powerhouse for pressing large Geberit Mapress dimensions from d76.1 to d108 with compatibility [4] for increased requirements. The fixed pressure of 700 bar ensures perfect pressing operations. The additional pressing cylinder [2] enables dimensions d12 to d66.7 to also be pressed.
The Geberit Selnova bathroom series is being expanded significantly. In the case of Selnova Square, the focus is on a modern range of furniture with new colour options and a comprehensive selection of rimless WCs – both floor-standing and wall-hung – with a timeless design. As a brand-new addition to the series, Selnova Compact now offers WCs and washbasins with compact dimensions.
The modern Geberit Smyle WC ceramic appliance in the square design is now also available as a shorter version. With a projection of 490 mm, the wall-hung WC with Rimfree ceramic fits perfectly in small guest bathrooms and WCs or in bathrooms with unusual floor plans. The WC has a closed outer contour with invisible fastenings and a partially concealed trap. Customers can choose from various WC seats with a slim design and with optional soft-closing mechanism or quick-release hinges.
The trend towards customisation means that customer demands are growing. When it comes to selecting the right design options, it is often a case of ensuring that individual nuances are perfectly coordinated. Actuator plates in new, fashionable metal colours and surfaces are the perfect match for virtually any decor style. The new metal colours include black chrome, red gold and brass; the new surface variants are walnut and concrete look.
The Geberit actuator plates Sigma20 – with round buttons for large and small flush volumes – and Sigma30 – with square flush actuation buttons – are now available in new designs. In addition to the chrome-plated versions, the design rings and stripes are now also available tone in tone with the plate and the buttons in white and white matt coated as well as black and black matt. The matt versions feature an easy-to-clean coating.
The latest addition to the Geberit CleanLine shower channel range is the CleanLine80 model. The new features include the integrated slope and a solid, self-contained gutter profile. The technical concept, including the water drainage without large hidden areas, the drain in the middle and the easily removable hair trap, remains unchanged. The CleanLine80 is available in two sizes and can be cut to length to suit the situation on site. The new Geberit CleanLine80 is available in three surface variants, in line with the current tile trends: champagne, black chrome and stainless steel.
