Processing
Cutting pipes to length
The Geberit pipe cutter and Geberit pliers are the ideal tools for cutting both multilayer pipes and metal pipes to the exact length required without any burrs.
Deburring and calibrating pipes
After cutting to length, the pipe deburrer can be used to deburr and calibrate the pipe ends – a crucial step for a secure and leakproof connection.
Marking the insertion distance
The Geberit Mapress insertion distance template can be used to mark all pipe dimensions from d12 to d108. This ensures that the pipe stays at the required insertion distance during pressing.
Bending pipes
For large bending radii, you can quickly, easily and flexibly bend multilayer pipes with smaller diameters by hand – no additional tools required.
Bending tools should be used for larger pipe diameters or when exact bending angles are required. They enable precise, repeatable and material-friendly processing, especially for more complex installations.

They allow you to reliably press all pipe dimensions from d16 to d40 in the Geberit FlowFit system with less force using just a single pair of hand-operated pressing pliers – even for d40 dimension.

Geberit ACO 103plus is a hydraulic, battery-powered pressing tool that weighs 1.7 kg and is designed to reliably process all Geberit pressing systems with compatibility [1].
It’s suitable for ML systems up to d40 and for Geberit Mapress up to d35.

The service-free Geberit pressing jaws ensure an even distribution of force over their entire service life and remain in top condition even with intensive use thanks to their corrosion-resistant surface.
Service-free thanks to simple inspection: Geberit PowerTest allows you to quickly and reliably check whether the pressing jaws have reached the end of their useful life – without the need for time-consuming annual maintenance.
Geberit swivelling pressing rings
Pressing rings are the perfect solution for Geberit Mapress pipes up to d35 where space is limited. Simply place the compact pressing rings directly onto the fittings and swivel them up to 180°. They can be used with pressing tools of compatibility [1] and [2].
Pressing collars for large dimensions – simple and secure
Pressing collars need to be used instead of pressing jaws when pressing Geberit Mepla pipes d63 and larger and Geberit Mapress pipes d42 and larger. You can securely fix our pressing collars to pressfittings regardless of pipe position thanks to their integrated snap mechanism. This makes them easy and safe to use – even in confined spaces.
Geberit pressing collars and adapter jaws require regular care and maintenance to ensure they work reliably in the long term.

Geberit EST 5 – the easy, reliable way to check insertion depth
The Geberit EST 5 insertion distance measuring instrument is a quick and accurate tool for checking the insertion depth of pressed pipe connections with dimensions d12 to d108 – on the building site itself. It uses ultrasound technology to take measurements without any mechanical intervention.
The integrated display shows you immediately after pressing whether the insertion depth meets the requirements for a permanently leakproof and secure connection.

Geberit PowerTest gives you a quick and reliable way to check the condition of your Geberit pressing jaws. Simply press the test piece, and the result will immediately show you whether the pressing jaw can still be used safely.
The test varies depending on the system:
- Geberit Mapress and Geberit Mepla: If the colour changes, the pressing force was correct.
- Geberit FlowFit: If there is a continuous line on the test piece, the pressing jaw is working correctly.
